You will need:
- four to five either pastel or neon colors(DON'T MIX THE TWO CATEGORIES!!)
- white or black
- very small brush 

if you like, you can start off with a white base coat.Then, chose the colors you want. you can really do this with any colors you like just so long as they match. You should have four to five. then paint random sections in all of those different colors on all of your nails. Then when that dries, paint lines between all of the sections in either black or white using a nail art brush. If your doing this on your toes, i recommend doing this on the big toe, and painting the rest of your nails the different colors that you put in the pattern, and you're finished! In this pedicure, I used a shiny turquoise from Claire's, Chiffon pink number 911 from Revlon, cashmere creme number 124 by NYC, and the lavender and pink mood polish from Claire's, as well as white nail art brush from Claire's.
